What this Tool is
Wasiyyah is a free, self-service tool that helps you draft an Islamic will, including an automated Fara'id inheritance calculator, based on rulings sourced from the Quran and authentic Sunnah upon the understanding of the Salaf. It is provided free of charge, with no premium tier, for the benefit of the Muslim community.

This Tool provides Islamic guidance, not legal advice. It does not constitute the practice of law in any jurisdiction. Civil inheritance and probate law varies by country and may differ from the Shariah-based distribution this Tool calculates. Accuracy of the inheritance calculator
The Fara'id calculator is built to reflect established Islamic inheritance rulings, and every result is shown with its source citation. However:

No warranty

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Wasiyyah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, income, or legal standing, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Tool, including reliance on any calculation, template, or generated document it produces.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for having your completed wasiyyah properly witnessed according to Islamic requirements (two Muslim, adult witnesses who are not named beneficiaries), and for keeping your own backup of your data, since nothing is stored on our servers.
No fees, no purchase
This Tool is provided entirely free of charge. There is no premium tier, subscription, or paid version. Voluntary donations, where offered, do not grant any additional features, guarantees, or rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
