Death has no minimum age. The Prophet ﷺ did not say write your will when you grow old. He said do not let two nights pass. Youth is the clearest mind you will ever have to write it with.
A wasiyyah is not an inventory of wealth. It is your missed prayers, your debts, your funeral wishes, your last words to your children. These exist whether you own millions or nothing.
Grief rewrites memory. Spoken wishes are forgotten, disputed, or softened. A written, witnessed wasiyyah removes every argument before it begins.
Islamically, yes, the moment it is witnessed by two Muslim adults. Civil recognition depends on your country. A local attorney can formalise it if you wish.
Nobody. Your wasiyyah is stored only in your browser, on your own device. Nothing is sent to any server, and we cannot access it.
Yes, and you should. Review it after any major life change such as marriage, a new child, or a death in the family, and at minimum once a year.
Two witnesses, both Muslim, both adult, and both of sound mind. Neither witness should be named as a beneficiary in your wasiyyah.
