The free Islamic will builder

Do not let two
nights pass.

"It is not permissible for any Muslim who has something to bequeath to sleep for two nights without having his last will and testament written and kept ready with him."

Ibn Umar رضي الله عنه · Sahih al-Bukhari 2738 · Sahih Muslim 1627

The journey

Six steps between
you and peace of mind.

A guided path through everything an Islamic will must contain — with evidence from Quran and Sunnah at every step.

01
Personal declaration
Your shahadah, your details, and the people you trust to carry out your wishes — named in order, in case one is unavailable.
02
Religious obligations
Missed prayers, fasts, unpaid zakat, pending Hajj. The debts owed to Allah are settled before any wealth moves.
03
Rights of people
What you owe, what is owed to you, what you hold in trust — and anyone you wronged. Leave with a clean slate.
04
Inheritance distribution
The Fara'id calculator divides your estate by Shariah automatically. Every heir's share carries its Quranic citation.
05
Funeral wishes
Who performs the ghusl. Who leads the janazah. Where you rest. Clear instructions for your family's hardest day.
06
Messages to loved ones
Your final words — love, advice, dua — for the people who will read them after you have returned to Allah.

كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمْ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ الْمَوْتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيْرًا الْوَصِيَّةُ

"Prescribed upon you, when death approaches one of you and he leaves wealth, is to make a bequest — a duty upon the righteous."

Surah Al-Baqarah · 2:180

The whispers of delay

"I'll write it later."

Every excuse for delay, answered.

Death has no minimum age. The Prophet ﷺ did not say write your will when you grow old — he said do not let two nights pass. Youth is not a shield. It is the clearest mind you will ever have to write it with.
A wasiyyah is not an inventory of wealth. It is your missed prayers, your debts, your funeral wishes, your last words to your children. These exist whether you own millions or nothing at all.
Grief rewrites memory. Spoken wishes are forgotten, disputed, softened, lost. A written, witnessed wasiyyah is a mercy you leave behind — it removes every argument before it begins.
That is exactly why this exists. Every question is explained, every ruling cited, and the inheritance mathematics is done for you. You bring your intentions; the tool brings the fiqh.
Islamically — yes, the moment it is witnessed by two Muslim adults. Civil recognition depends on your country; a local attorney can formalise it if you wish. Your obligation to Allah does not wait for either.
Nobody. Your wasiyyah is stored only in your browser, on your device. Nothing is transmitted to any server — we could not read it even if we wanted to.
A letter from the founder

I built this because I was scared. Not of death — as Muslims we know death is a beginning, not an end. I was scared of leaving unprepared. Of my family not knowing what I wanted. Of the command of the Prophet ﷺ sitting unanswered in my life.

One night, far from home, I asked myself what would happen if I didn't wake up. I had no answer. So I built one — slowly, with my own hands, asking Allah to accept it as worship.

It is free — completely, with nothing held back — because the deen is not a product. It is private, because your wasiyyah is between you and Allah.

— built for the sake of Allah, for the ummah

"Indeed, Allah commands you to render trusts to whom they are due."

Surah An-Nisa · 4:58

"Wherever you may be, death will overtake you — even in towers of lofty construction."

Surah An-Nisa · 4:78

"Be in this world as though you were a stranger, or a traveller passing through."

Sahih al-Bukhari · 6416
