"Whoever has wronged his brother with regard to his honour or anything else, let him seek his pardon today, before there is no dinar or dirham."

Non-Muslim family members do not inherit
A non-Muslim cannot inherit from a Muslim, regardless of how close the relationship is. This applies to parents, children, siblings, and spouses who are not Muslim. Do not include non-Muslim relatives in this calculator. They are not entitled to a share under Shariah.
"A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor a disbeliever from a Muslim." The Prophet ﷺ. Sahih Bukhari 6764 and Sahih Muslim 1614.
If you wish to provide for a non-Muslim family member, you may do so through the bequest (wasiyyah) section below, up to one third of your net estate. This is voluntary and separate from the Fara'id inheritance.

Funeral and burial wishes
Your funeral instructions will be included in your wasiyyah document, protecting your family from decisions that contradict the Sunnah at a time of grief.
"Hasten the funeral. If the deceased was righteous, you are sending him forward to good."

The following binding instructions appear in every wasiyyah produced by this tool: No wailing or loud lamenting. No innovations (bid'ah). No extravagance. No mixing of men and women. No photographs or videos of the deceased. Hasten the janazah according to the Sunnah.
